How quickly will I receive my photos after the shoot?

With the Base Package, photos are delivered within 48 hours via a private online gallery. Premium Package clients receive next-day delivery as a standard benefit.

Is the drone photography FAA-certified?

Yes. Dan holds a valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and all drone flights are conducted with full airspace authorization and liability insurance.

What areas do you serve in Southwest Florida?

We primarily serve Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero with no travel fees. Other areas in Southwest Florida are available — contact us to inquire about your location.

How many photos will I receive?

The Base Package includes a minimum of 25 professionally edited photos. The number increases based on property size and additional add-on services selected.

Do you offer same-day or rush scheduling?

Yes — flexible and same-day scheduling is available based on calendar availability. Premium Package clients receive priority scheduling as a standard benefit.

What should I do to prepare the property before the shoot?

We provide an easy-to-follow property preparation checklist after booking. Generally, decluttering, tidying, and turning on all lights makes a significant difference in the final results.

Are the images MLS-ready upon delivery?

Absolutely. All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format optimized for MLS platforms, websites, Zillow, Realtor.com, and social media use.

Can I add drone photography to an existing package?

Yes — drone / aerial photography can be added to any package as an add-on service starting at +$75. Contact us when booking to discuss the best combination for your listing.
